Easy Keto Everything Bagel

When I am trying to watch carbs it seems that the one thing I miss is BREAD! I love bread! Well I love pasta and bread and rice and…carbs.

When I am craving bread and am tired of eating eggs for breakfast, this keto bagel recipe fits the bill. Granted, these are big thick fluffy bagels. But they have a good flavor and they fill my craving for bread. Just top them with cream cheese and you have a great breakfast. I have also cut the bagels in half and added avocado and tomatoes for a breakfast sandwich that’s low in carbs and high in protein.

This Keto Everything Bagel has less than 1 carbs per serving, making it an excellent easy breakfast choice that will fill you up!

You can save them in a ziploc bag in the fridge and then toast one up the next morning for another breakfast grab and go!

And the best part they take just three ingredients that you probably already have in your pantry!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cheese, cheddar, mozzarella, any kind of cheese that melts well.

  • ½ cup grated parmesan , or asiago, other hard, dry, grated cheese.

  • 2 eggs

  • 2 tbsp everything bagel seasoning

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Combine the shredded cheese and egg in a bowl and mix it until the ingredients are fully combined.
  • Divide the mixture equally into six parts and press into well greased donut pan.
  • Sprinkle everything bagel seasoning over the tops of the egg and cheese mixture.
  • Bake at 375 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese has fully melted and created a slight brown crust.
  • Feel free to mix up your cheese selection – but stick with one grated hard, dry cheese (like parmesan or asiago) to keep the flour-like texture.
