Copycat Starbucks Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew Coffee

Fall=Pumpkin everything. It’s that time of year y’all. A Lord knows after the year we’ve all had we could all use all the good pumpkin things. We deserve them!

Our closest Starbucks is about 20 miles away, but we have two great local coffee shops that make amazing Fall flavored coffees! With all of the pumpkin lattes and cold brews around I wanted to give one a try myself.

This is an easy recipe and makes enough to make more than one coffee drink. I gave this recipe a little twist too (see my note in the recipe).

Ingredients

  • Cold Brew coffee (store bought or make your own) I used a store bought Vanilla Latte and it was a great twist on the plain cold brew.

  • 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

  • 1/2 cup Sugar

  • 1 Tbsp canned pumpkin puree

  • 1 tsp pumpking pie spice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a saucepan, combine heavy cream, sugar, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk over medium heat until sugar is dissolved and cream mixture begins to steam. DO NOT BOIL.
  • Remove from heat and whisk in the vanilla extract. Strain through a fine mesh strainer and transfer to a pint sized mason jar. Refrigerate until cool.
  • Once chilled use a frother to froth the pumpkin cream. (Or shake vigorously in mason jar)
  • Fill large glass with ice. Add cold brew coffee, leaving space for cream.
  • Pour in desired amount of frothy pumpkin cream.
    Enjoy!
